Bréy Shipping Policy

At Bréy, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and smoothly.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM are usually processed on the same business day.
  • During launches, promotions, or peak sale periods, processing may take slightly longer due to higher order volume.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe delivery across Malaysia.

West Malaysia (Semenanjung)

  • Standard Shipping: RM8 Flat Rate
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders above RM100
  • Estimated Delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch

East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan)

  • Standard Shipping: RM16 Flat Rate
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders above RM150
  • Estimated Delivery: 3–7 working days after dispatch

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, or peak periods.


3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear in the courier system.


4. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided are accurate and complete.

This includes:

  • Full name
  • Contact number
  • Complete address
  • Unit number
  • Correct postcode

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Unclaimed parcel

The customer will be responsible for the re-shipping fee.

Unfortunately, shipping fees are non-refundable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information.


5. Lost or Damaged Parcels

Bréy is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged during transit once they have been handed over to the courier.

However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping provider.

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel
  • Include photos of the damaged packaging and product
  • Keep all original packaging materials for investigation purposes
