1. Hygiene & Safety Policy (No Returns After Opening)

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any opened or used products.

This includes:

  • Products that have been opened or unsealed
  • Products that have been used or tested
  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference after purchase
  • Incorrect orders placed by customers

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
